This role ensures a positive guest experience by maintaining a well-stocked beverage cart, safely operating the cart on the course, and complying with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Supervisor:

Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests on the golf course. Drive the beverage cart along designated routes to offer drinks and snacks to golfers. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. Verify guest age and always ensure responsible alcohol service. Maintain accurate inventory of beverages, snacks, and supplies. Restock cart before and after shifts and maintain proper product rotation. Process transactions accurately using cash, credit card, or point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage cart, coolers, and service areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Operate beverage cart safely and responsibly on the course, following all resort guidelines. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or guest incidents to management promptly. Assist with additional food and beverage or golf operations duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous customer service or food and beverage experience preferred. Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol (per state law). Valid driver's license may be required. Alcohol service certification (e.g., TAM, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent) preferred or required within a specified time. Ability to communicate effectively and provide high-quality guest service. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Cash handling experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry items up to 25-40 pounds (coolers, beverages, supplies). Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, sun, and wind. Ability to navigate uneven terrain safely. Outdoor golf course setting with frequent guest interaction. Weekends, holidays, and flexible scheduling required. Fast-paced, guest-focused hospitality environment.
