Emergency Imaging About Vantage Radiology and Diagnostic Services Vantage Radiology and Diagnostic Services is a physician-owned private practice based just minutes from Seattle. We are a progressive group of approximately 35 sub-specialized radiologists who have provided professional services for two hospitals since 1970 and are co-owners of an affiliated imaging center. We emphasize excellent clinical practice, collegiality, teamwork, close working relationships with our outpatient and hospital-based clinical partners, and a quality lifestyle. The group is highly respected by the administration and medical staff at each of our centers. Position Description We are seeking a fully remote board-certified/board-eligible radiologist to staff evening emergency radiology shifts. Caseload consists of a mix of general radiology swing shift services (ED and inpatient). Outpatient dayside shifts are available as desired (outpatient MRI, CT). The position is offered due to expanding work volumes and shifts in the labor pool. Candidates should be dedicated to patient-centered care, maintaining a healthy work environment, and fostering well-regarded interdisciplinary relationships. The practice provides the necessary technology, including redundant systems, to support the radiologist's shift and offers 24/7 IT support.

The ideal candidate:

• Eligible for a WA state medical license
• Able to commit to a 7 day on/14 day off schedule The position:
• 4PM - 1AM PST from Monday to Friday.
• 2PM - Midnight on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Practice is open to flexible staffing solutions or a combination of above shifts
• Additional compensation as desired via internal moonlighting or reading OP cases as swing shift case volumes permit
• Concurrent staffing with at least one other radiologist.
• Caseload volume is approximately 60-65 wRVU per weekday and 70 wRVU for the weekend.
• Salary for 7 days is approximately $25,000.
• May be 1099 or W2.
• Benefits are available at cost as desired.
