Job Summary As an oyster man or crabber of our establishment, you will oversee the daily operations and management of a boating rig, ensuring exceptional worker performance and efficient business practices. Duties

• Manage all aspects of boat safety to carry on task at hand of harvesting seafood
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment
• Train and supervise staff members in various roles within scope of harvesting
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Utilize CDG Commererce POS system for order processing and inventory management Qualifications
• Experience in boating, recreational and commercial
• Proficiency in learning quickly
• Knowledge of boating safety
• Strong skills in training development for staff members
