Responsibilities Lead engaging and educational wine tastings Create memorable guest experiences through genuine conversation and hospitality Build relationships with guests and wine club members Process transactions accurately through POS systems Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balancing procedures responsibly Assist with opening and closing duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room Support team members wherever needed Assist with light food prep and food execution as needed Help with winery events and guest experiences Operate confidently and responsibly during periods of independent work Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hospitality, winery, restaurant, or customer service experience required 2+ years of experience preferred Current TABC certification required Current Food Handler certification required Comfortable speaking with guests and leading conversations Wine knowledge or winery experience preferred Culinary or kitchen experience preferred POS system competency required Cash handling experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail Comfortable working independently at times when managing the tasting room solo Team-oriented mindset Genuine, relational personality with strong integrity Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the tasting room and kitchen areas Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment What We Value Hospitality over sales pressure Grace over judgment Team success over ego Authenticity over perfection Initiative and ownership A strong work ethic and willingness to serve Why Work With Us?
