This Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider role offers a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule and a steady, manageable patient load. Practice Overview You'll join an established inpatient hospitalist service at a respected community hospital with broad specialty backup Work alongside hospitalist physicians and a team of experienced APPs (current daytime APP team in place) Closed ICU (no ICU management responsibilities) No procedures required; focus on rounding, care coordination, and assisting with admissions under physician supervision Schedule 7-on / 7-off rotation (Tuesday-Monday) 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM•7:00 PM Typical volume up to 10 patients per shift Structured inpatient workflow using Cerner EMR Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $127,500

Bonuses:
