This role involves assisting customers, handling sales transactions, maintaining a clean and organized stand, and ensuring a safe enviornment. We are also hiring a Night Watch attendant responsible for the overnight security of the stand.

Shifts:

Shifts are available during the day from 6am-2pm, evenings from 2pm-10pm, and overnight from 10pm•6am

Pay:

$14•15/hr for day and evening shifts based on experience $16/hr for overnight shifts (Night Watch/Security)

Key Responsibilities:

Stand Worker•Greet costumers and provide friendly, helpful service Assist customers in selecting fireworks and explaining product options Operate cash register and handle cash/card transactionsaccurately Maintain inventory and restock merchandise as needed Keep stand clean, organized, and visually appealing and local regulations regarding fireworks sales Night watch•Monitor the stand overnight to prevent theft or vandalism Ensure the safety and security of all products and equipment Remain alert and report any suspicious activity Maintain a visible presence on-site throughout the shift

Qualifications/Skills:

Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to handle cash and basic math skills Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand for extended periods of time (sales shifts) Trustworthy and responsible (especially for overnight shift) Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Additional Requirements:

Must meet minimum age requirements per state law Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
