August 22nd Seasonal guest ranch outside of Jackson Hole is looking for a Wrangler for our 2026 guest season: ASAP - August 22nd/closing. Our ideal candidate is experienced, a self-starter, manageable and a positive hard-working team player and willing to help wherever needed beyond the main job description. Wranglers require excellent horsemanship abilities, proven guest service skills and the desire to work long hard days in a hands-on learning environment. Previous experience is preferred as well as a video of your horsemanship skills and riding abilities. Responsibilities include horse care, rider safety, riding instruction, barn/ranch maintenance, fixing fence, guest services and overall guest attention. Wranglers need to work in a team environment, be able to think for themselves and handle emergency situations. This is a salaried position with room and board provided (shared room and shared bathroom with one other employee), no personal horses or pets. Rate of pay depends on experience, starting salary is $1500 per month, and there are bi-monthly bonus pools. The person must be available for work from June through August 22nd. Your direct supervisor will be the Head Wrangler. We are a family-owned and operated guest ranch and private event venue that has been in operation for almost 50 years. We strive to provide our Guests with an authentic western experience that will stay with them for years to come. We are situated ~15 miles from Kelly, WY, and ~20 miles from Jackson Hole surrounded by beautiful wilderness and national forest.
