Working at Brush Creek Ranch means joining a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. With a commitment to hospitality and service excellence, we foster an environment where you can thrive, grow, and bring your best self to work every day.Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Supervise and ensure the safety of children ages 4-9 in the Lil' Wrangler program. Provide a positive, fun, and engaging environment for children. Maintain the Lil' Wrangler yurt and keep equipment, including fishing gear, archery, and crafts, organized. Prepare meals and snacks for children and ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area. Assist with transporting supplies to various ranch venues using a ranch vehicle or ranger. Interact with parents in a professional and polite manner. Perform other duties as assigned to enhance operations and guest experience. What You'll Bring Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and listening abilities with both children and parents. A commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude. A caring, compassionate attitude and a passion for working with children. CPR certification (required). A valid driver's license.Other information:
