Full Job Description Overview Post-Clean, Short-Term Rental Quality Control Inspector Pay:

$35 per inspection (per home), additional pay for additional duties (stocking inventory etc) We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help inspect 3 short-term rental homes located within one block of each other in Southwest Village, Scottsdale. The property managers are the homeowners themselves, and we're friendly, fair, hands-on, and committed to creating an excellent guest experience. We also really value teamwork and communication and are looking for someone we can build a long-term working relationship with. You must have your own car. This role is perfect for someone who's a little picky (in a good way!) and notices the small details. Cleaners are the first set of eyes — you're the final set. Think of it like preparing the home for your own friends or family to stay there.

Main responsibilities include:

Post-cleaning and pre-check-in inspections Checking cleanliness, setup, supplies, TVs/remotes, thermostat, pool area, etc. Reporting issues and communicating with cleaners/homeowners Tidying if needed Minor fixes if possible Occasional inventory checks and supply organization Helping troubleshoot urgent on-site issues if needed Sunday late afternoons and Mondays are the busiest year-round, with additional days during the busy season from October-May. Looking for someone dependable, communicative, and detail-obsessed who enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
