OT Pay Rate:

$19.50 Job Responsibilities 1. Pre-op inspection of facility before production startup by inspecting production equipment for rust, condensation and cleanliness. Interprets and documents results. 2. Ensure that everyone is following GMP's 3. Conduct a variety of audits including, but not limited to, temperatures on outbound product, product packaging counts, pest activity, plant conditions, and GMP's. 4. Interpret and record results of all tests performed, document results in accordance with established processes and procedures. 5. Test processing batches, finished goods, and incoming raw materials to ensure proper specification. 6. Maintain clean and sanitary testing environment. 7. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications 1. 2 years experience in food manufacture 2. Ability to accurately perform basic math
