Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Livestock Slaughter Operator to join our team. This involves humane slaughtering of livestock & carcass processing. Candidates must be comfortable working with live animals & carcasses, following strict food safety protocols. This position is physically demanding & fast-paced. This is a part time position with some flexibility of hours.
Key responsibilities include:
Harvesting, skinning & separating carcasses. Operating & maintaining slaughter equipment, inspecting meat for quality, defects, or contaminates. Cleaning & sanitizing according to food safety guidelines. Maintaining accurate records of daily processing. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and animal welfare standards. Must be 18 years of age or older & able to operate a firearm, saw, & knife. Previous experience is preferred. Wages paid per head on a bi-weekly basis & based on experience.
Pay:
From $120.00 per day
