Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Food Quality Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team and help us maintain the integrity of our production line.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Biology, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality control, or restaurant kitchen management.
Certifications:
HACCP, SQF, or ServSafe certifications are highly preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and comfortability navigating digital inspection/logging software.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods, work in varying temperatures salary: $18 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Check raw ingredients, packaging, and finished food to ensure top quality.
Test & Log:
Run daily tests (temperatures, weights, and surface swabs) and keep accurate records.
Enforce Safety:
Make sure all workers follow standard food safety and hygiene rules (GMP/HACCP).
Fix Mistakes:
Catch production errors early, pause the line if necessary, and help fix the problem.
