  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pasteurizer Operator to join our food manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient blending/mixing and pasteurization of our juice products, while maintaining high standards of food safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food processing and manufacturing processes, with an emphasis on quality control and safety compliance. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on producing high-quality juice products that meet industry standards. Responsibilities Mix and blend juices following established recipes. Verify ingredients, lot numbers, and batch accuracy before processing. Operate pasteurization equipment to process juice products according to established procedures and safety standards. Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow rates during pasteurization cycles to ensure product safety and quality Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs or malfunctions Maintain accurate records of processing parameters, batch numbers, and production data in compliance with HACCP and GMP guidelines. Perform sanitation procedures on equipment and work areas to uphold strict hygiene standards Follow GMPs, HACCP plans, and all food safety and safety policies. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations is essential Experience in manufacturing or food processing environments preferred Mechanical knowledge related to processing equipment is a plus Basic math skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in food production. Familiarity with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in batching and documentation Ability to manage multiple process steps (blending and pasteurization) Understanding critical control point (CCPs) Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Effective communication and teamwork Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 50lbs Ability to climb ladders and work on platforms (tanks) Comfortable working in wet, cold or humid environments
