JOB SUMMARY
To safely clean and sanitize processing rooms and equipment while understanding and complying with all Food Safety and Safety policies and procedures. Perform self-inspection (pre-op) in preparation for inspection by Quality Assurance and
USDA. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Other duties may be assigned) Using high pressure hoses and chemical applications, clean all bins and trays. Ensure all bins and trays meet all sanitation standards as required by USDA. Operate Pallet jack Operate tray wash machine
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
: Previous experience is preferred, but not required for this position No formal education is required
