Oil Change Technician/State Inspector

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools, including hand and power tools. As an Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform necessary adjustments and repairs. Collaborate with service technicians to align inspection processes with operational needs. Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken. Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks as required. Assist in heavy lifting tasks during inspections or equipment setup. Provide feedback to the production team regarding quality issues and suggest improvements. Support sales efforts by ensuring product quality meets customer expectations. Experience Previous experience as an Inspector or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge is essential, with familiarity in using both hand tools and power tools. Experience in performing oil changes and basic maintenance tasks is a plus. Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently as part of inspection duties. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.
