Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to assist with Ranch & Wildlife work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in maintaining land, animals, and habitat. In this role, you will engage in hands-on tasks that support wildlife management, land maintenance, and general maintenance projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop practical skills, and be part of a passionate team dedicated to the outdoors. Duties Assist with general ranch labor (fencing, repairs, equipment upkeep) Help manage and maintain wildlife habitats and property grounds Operate tractors, UTVs, and basic ranch equipment Maintain water sources, feed stations, and grazing areas Perform land maintenance including brush clearing and weed control Conduct lawn care and landscaping tasks to ensure the ranch remains well-maintained and visually appealing Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and other equipment necessary for land maintenance Drive farm machinery and utility vehicles safely across different terrains to transport materials or equipment Use power tools for repairs, fencing projects, or land clearing tasks Wash kennels and help maintain facilities Experience Prior experience in agricultural work, landscaping, or land management is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for outdoor projects is advantageous Ability to operate farm machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently is highly desirable Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward outdoor labor and team collaboration Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions Physically fit—able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform manual labor Valid driver's license required This position is an energetic engaging environment where physical activity meets outdoors. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
