  • Full-time OneCanopy is hiring two full-time, permanent Nursery Technician positions with a July 2026 start date at 40 hours per week.
OneCanopy's nursery tech positions will assist the Nursery Leads in growing and maintaining the health of our plants and property. Ideal candidates will be observant, thorough, transparent, and passionate. Technicians will gain experience and understanding of production, growing, reforestation, conservation, and restoration. Responsibilities
  • Irrigation, weeding, and pruning of plant material
  • Collaborate with team members to meet propagation and seeding production goals
  • Assist in stratification, cleaning, and storing of seed
  • Greenhouse maintenance, sanitation, and pest monitoring
  • Assist in packing, shipping, loading orders for delivery and receiving material shipments

Required Qualifications
  • Interest in reforestation, natural resources, native plants, and/or horticulture
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Reliable transportation to/from our facility in Loveland, Colorado
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
  • Must be able to work independently, while maintaining communication with a larger team
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow with a fast-paced, mission-driven start-up Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with horticulture, native plant identification, and/or plant care

  • $20 per hour, dependent on experience Guaranteed 40hours per week with set weekly schedule Flexible schedule to accommodate time off and work-life balance 10 paid company holidays per year Annual bonus based on performance
