Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawncare Landscape and Hardscape Specialist, where you'll bring outdoor spaces to life through expert landscaping, hardscaping, and maintenance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from designing beautiful patios and walkways to maintaining lush lawns and gardens. You'll be instrumental in transforming outdoor environments into functional, aesthetic masterpieces that delight clients and elevate their properties. Responsibilities Execute landscape installation and maintenance tasks, including planting, trimming, fertilizing, and irrigation setup to ensure healthy, vibrant outdoor spaces. Construct and install hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens using concrete forming, masonry, and fabrication techniques. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently for excavation, grading, and material handling. Perform site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines. Utilize hand tools such as trowels, saws, drills, caulking guns, and other construction tools for detailed craftsmanship. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping, hardscaping, related construction fields. Experience operating power tools and heavy equipment safely on construction sites. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. •
