Laborer / Equipment
Operator Iron Horse Farms Tree Service your local premier tree service is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, dependable individual to join our growing team. We pride our buisness on quality not quantity!
Requirements:
✔ Must be 18 years of age or older ✔ Clean driving record ✔ Must be able to pass a DOT physical ✔ Must pass a DOT drug test ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic ✔ Ability to work safely in a physically demanding outdoor environment ✔ Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company Preferred (but not required): Experience operating skid loaders, man lifts, chainsaws, Stump grinder or other equipment Class A CDL Tree service, landscaping, construction, or forestry experience

Schedule:
Full-time seasonal position Typically four 10-hour days per week (mostly Monday-Thursday) Workdays may vary Monday-Friday depending on weather and workload Winter hours may be reduced due to weather conditions, temperatures, and workload Emergency and storm response work is part of what we do, and on-call availability for storm and emergency work is required We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works safely, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values hard work, integrity, and professional growth.
