  • Full-time Bandit Parts & Warehouse Coordinator Position Summary Lano Equipment is seeking a motivated and organized Bandit Parts & Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing tree care equipment division.
This position is responsible for managing Bandit tree chipper and stump grinder parts inventory, coordinating customer and technician orders, receiving and shipping products, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while ensuring parts are available when customers and service technicians need them. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Parts Operations Process customer and internal parts requests for Bandit equipment. Pull, package, and prepare parts orders for pickup, delivery, and shipment. Coordinate parts deliveries with service technicians and customers. Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct replacement parts. Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory. Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments. Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs. Maintain organized warehouse shelving and storage areas. Ensure parts are properly labeled and stored. Warehouse & Logistics Load and unload incoming freight shipments. Coordinate outbound shipments using various carriers. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Customer Service Build positive relationships with customers and vendors. Work closely with the service department to ensure technicians have needed parts. Communicate order status and shipping updates. Assist with warranty and special-order parts when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse, parts, inventory, or equipment dealership experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with construction, landscaping, forestry, or agricultural equipment is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Forklift experience preferred or willingness to obtain certification. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Operate warehouse equipment safely. Work in both warehouse and outdoor environments as needed. Why Join Lano Equipment?
