About The Role:
We're looking for Seasonal Event Retail Associates to help bring energy and excitement to events on your campus. Love retail? Thrill in fast-paced environments? Enjoy meeting new people? Then this is your gig! Assignments usually last a few days to a few weeks, depending on the event and store needs.
What You'll Do:
Deliver awesome shopping experiences for students and fans Greet, engage, and assist customers with energy and enthusiasm Stock, organize, and merchandise products Help set up and tear down events Share product knowledge and make great recommendations Operate the POS system accurately Keep your retail space clean and organized Jump in on other tasks as needed
You'll Shine If You Are:
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused A team player who thrives in fast-moving environments Reliable with great attendance and punctuality Able to work nights, weekends, and extended event hours Professional in appearance and conduct
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Retail, sales, or customer service experience a plus Strong communication skills Able to stand for long periods and lift 25-50 lbs (with or without accommodation) Comfortable with basic computer systems and simple math Good at organizing tasks and managing priorities
