We're a growing trail building company based in the Charlotte area, and we build and maintain natural surface trails, boardwalks, and other outdoor structures in varied terrain. We're looking for a Trail Builder who's comfortable with physical outdoor labor and has experience in construction, land clearing, logging, or similar outdoor site work. What You'll Do Build and maintain natural surface trails, boardwalks, drainage features, and outdoor structures Operate a skid steer or mini excavator as needed (we'll train the right person) Use hand tools and small equipment daily: chainsaw, blower, weed eater, and more Work outdoors in varying conditions and physically demanding terrain Travel to local and regional job sites across the Charlotte area What We're Looking For Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work well on a crew Background in outdoor or physical labor: construction, landscaping, land clearing, or similar Comfortable operating hand tools and learning equipment operation Trail, conservation, or site work experience is a plus, but not required Requirements At least 1-2 years of hands-on outdoor or physical labor experience Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, commercial driving experience a plus) Ability to travel to job sites in the Charlotte region and beyond Why Join Us?
