In this role, you will be in the preparation, placement, and finishing of concrete structures on various construction sites. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties Assist with the setup and operation of concrete mixers, pumps, and other power tools necessary for mixing and pouring concrete. Prepare construction sites by installing rebar, formwork, and other structural components following blueprints and schematics. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as bags of cement, rebar, and form panels to support concrete placement activities. Carry out concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, troweling, and sealing surfaces to achieve desired textures and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques. Skilled in using hand tools (hammers, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws) safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics. Experience operating heavy machinery such as concrete pumps or heavy equipment on construction sites. Spanish & English Required!
