Job Description
TJs Landscaping and Lawncare Service Ltd (513-509-3209) is hiring a Crew Member to help install high-quality landscape projects across the Greater Cincinnati Area. This role is for someone who wants to work hard, learn the trade, and be part of a crew that takes pride in doing the job right. You'll support landscape installation work in the field by helping with site prep, grading, planting, material movement, cleanup, and general production work. You'll work closely with the Crew Lead and team to keep jobs moving safely, efficiently, and to company standards. What You'll Do Assist with landscape installation and design/build projects from start to finish Help with site prep, material staging, grading support, planting, and cleanup Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Follow direction from the Crew Lead and complete assigned tasks efficiently Help the crew stay productive and on schedule throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Follow company safety expectations, including PPE, lifting, and equipment practices Report missing materials, damaged tools, safety concerns, or jobsite issues right away Help with end-of-day cleanup, reset, and tool return Support quality workmanship so finished jobs reflect company standards Types of Work You May Support Patios Planting Grading Drainage Landscape lighting Retaining walls General landscape installation Material handling and jobsite setup Punch work and finish work What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow direction and work well as part of a crew Willingness to learn and improve Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to safely lift 50 lbs Basic landscape, construction, or labor experience preferred Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment as trained Good awareness of safety, jobsite conditions, and equipment care Valid driver's license preferred Experience around skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, saws, or install tools is a plus What Success Looks Like You show up on time and ready to work You work safely and productively throughout the day You complete assigned tasks to company standards You help the crew stay organized and on pace You take coaching well and improve over time You help protect tools, equipment, and materials You communicate problems early instead of letting them slow the job down You help leave each site clean, safe, and ready for the next step Why Join TJs Landscaping?
