Field Laborer

We're hiring a Field Laborer to assist with infrastructure and cable installation projects. This role is a great starting point for anyone looking to build a career in telecommunications. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, supporting on-site cable installation tasks. Earn $18 per hour during a four-week paid training program — no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Support both underground and aerial cable installation Assist with pulling, routing, and placing cables Prepare and maintain job sites, tools, and materials Perform basic construction activities such as trenching and drilling Follow all safety protocols and field procedures Collaborate with the team to achieve daily project goals

Qualifications:

Experience in construction, general labor, or outdoor work is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn technical skills in telecommunications Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Valid driver's license required
