Position:

+ Clinic-based on-site at Banner Health Center, 21772 S Ellsworth Loop Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 + Provide telehealth visits to established patients and manage clinical inbox for care coordination + Flexible scheduling: 4×10s or 5×8s shifts + Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support + Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more! You'll collaborate with family medicine, internal medicine, and behavioral health providersdelivering coordinated care across all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics in a well-equipped, supportive setting.

Minimum Requirements:
