Job Description:
About the Role We are seeking a high-performance AI Technical Operations Intern to build and refine autonomous agentic workflows within our enterprise software environment. In this role, you will leverage vibe coding and agent-orchestration frameworks to develop AI tools that streamline research and production tasks. Responsibilities Design, build, and iterate on autonomous agentic workflows within an enterprise software environment Develop AI tools using agent-orchestration frameworks that streamline research and production processes Structure ad prepare complex datasets for model training pipelines Manage Python-based deployments across development and production environments Prototype agentic solutions aimed at optimizing engineering efficiency Collaborate with engineering teams to contribute to production-level model deployments Qualifications Hands-on experience in AI agent orchestration and agentic framework development Proven track record of independently developing AI platforms or tools Strong foundation in Python; experience managing Python-based deployments Solid background in competitive mathematics or related quantitative discipline Familiarity with dataset structuring and preparation for machine learning workflows Ability to manage rigorous technical commitments with disciplined execution and strong follow-through What We're Looking For We are looking for a resilient, high-energy builder who thrives in fast-paced technical environments and can operate with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate brings a builder's mindset, sharp analytical instincts, and a demonstrated ability to move quickly from prototype to production. Hiring Range :
$45
  • $68•for Primary Location of USA•CA•Palo Alto The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes the option to enroll in our medical High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), ModernHealth, our mental health support provider, and will be eligible for our sick time-off plan.
