AI Specialist

Description We're seeking an AI Specialist to support a Program Manager by automating data, advertising, and technical support workflows across ads, retailer, and CPG environments. This role focuses on applying agentic AI to reduce manual work, surface issues faster, and clearly demonstrate time savings through proofs of concept. Responsibilities + Build AI‑driven automations using tools like Claude (required), Gemini, Gleen, and Gumloop + Create proofs of concept showing measurable time savings and efficiency gains + Automate first‑pass/manual work across data analysis and technical support ("clean up" existing processes) + Link Snowflake to Google Sheets to automatically surface and diagnose data issues + Run and lightly edit SQL queries to validate and compare datasets + Use advanced Google Sheets (formulas, workflows, VLOOKUPs) for auditing and reporting + Support strategic advertising initiatives, primarily on the CPG side + Manage work in Jira (triage, status updates, escalations, SLAs) + Communicate effectively via Slack, knowing when to move to tickets or docs Requirements + Strong AI aptitude with hands‑on experience applying AI to real workflows + Ads, retailer, or CPG background a PLUS + Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Google Sheets + Comfortable thriving in ambiguity and proactively identifying automation opportunities Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
