Pacific Golf Centers in Watsonville, CA is Currently Looking for 1

• 2 Awesome People to Join our Team. The position(s) will be only a few training shifts per week to start but lead to roughly 25
• 35 hours a week, depending on the candidate and general availability. The right candidate would start training in the coming weeks as one of our employees is leaving by the end of June. The goal is to have a fitting candidate(s) trained in full by the time they leave us. PGC is currently open 6 days a week, Tuesday
• Sunday. We are closed Mondays for maintenance. Our hours are 10 AM
• 730 PM weekdays, and 9 AM
• 730 PM on weekends at this time.

Shifts begin typically 2 hours before opening to setup the property and golf shop. The candidate will primarily work 60% in the golf shop interacting with customers, renting out golf balls / clubs, selling snacks/beer/beverages, and collect golf balls on the driving range when necessary using a tractor or golf cart. Some other basic maintenance related duties like mowing, trash/recycling, basic cleaning, watering, and other grounds related jobs will also be required. Experience using random equipment like backpack blowers, weed whips, etc is a bonus. Ideal candidates must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 (preferably 21), reliable, friendly, energetic, able to be on their feet for the duration of their shifts, able to lift 75+ pounds without issue/concern, and some golf knowledge is preferable. We are looking for candidates who would like to be part of the team for 6+ months minimum and have no upcoming scheduling conflicts for the next few months. You can check out the property at www.
