Evolution Rehab Group is a certified Medicare Rehab Agency. We use Strata for our documentation.
Duties:
- Evaluations
- Optional to keep patients to treat or hand off to supervise to
PTA Skills:
- Accountable, professional, reliable
- Able to document on web based EMR
- Understand part B therapy, or willing to learn (outpatient rules) Please note that this is a contractor PRN position.
