In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their swimming pool needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting swimming pool products
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked with merchandise
• Perform regular store maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and restocking
• Provide product knowledge and educate customers on proper pool maintenance techniques
• Assist with pool water testing and analysis
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of swimming pool equipment, chemicals, and maintenance is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
