DC Training Coordinator Hours:
Primarily 1st shift hours, must be flexible based on training needs. We are seeking an ambitious DC Training Associate to join our world-class team at Ferguson Enterprises! This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company where you can make a significant impact. You will work with a team that is committed to delivering flawless service and outstanding results. Responsibilities Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flow of goods. Assist site management to align with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required. Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments. Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch. Ensure strict adherence to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center. Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Ability to strictly follow safety protocols and guidelines. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Physical capability to carry out warehouse tasks, including lifting and transporting heavy objects. Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.   • Pay Range:
  • $15.00
  • $37.18
  • Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
  • This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
  • Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
