Join the Daugherty Management Team — Care for Sandpoint's Most Beautiful Vacation Homes! Daugherty Management is Sandpoint's premier vacation rental company, managing some of the area's most stunning waterfront and mountain properties. We are looking for part-time and full-time Property Crew Members this summer (June through August) to help us keep these homes guest-ready and sparkling clean for unforgettable vacations! If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a friendly, hardworking team, this could be the perfect fit. Most of our days start at 10am!

About the Role You will:
✅ Clean and maintain outdoor spaces (furniture, BBQs, decks, patios) ✅ Care for and organize waterfront equipment like paddleboards, kayaks, and outdoor gear ✅ Clean and maintain hot tubs (training provided) ✅ Exchange propane tanks and help keep outdoor cooking areas ready for guests ✅ Load up and haul away garbage from properties ✅ Occasionally help with minor maintenance tasks (if handy, but not required)What We're Looking For:
