K Job Description:
Responsible for assisting building engineers in all duties.
Job Requirements :
Works in a safe, prudent, and highly organized manner Ability to climb ladders to access ceilings and high walls Ability to lift 100 lbs. Maintains a clean and tidy work area. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer Always conducts self in a most professional manner to reflect the Hotelstandards Current member in good standing with IUOE Local 399
Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience/Behaviors Required:
Guest/Client focused, detail orientated individual Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment Confident individual who is willing to assume responsibility Demonstrates high degree of drive and determination Adaptive and flexible (changing technologies, processes, environments) Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision Team player
