Master Golf Club Builder

About the Role Club Champion is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Master Club Builder to own the end-to-end golf club building process. This role is critical to delivering premium, tour-quality products to our customers. You'll be responsible for building 80-100+ clubs per day while maintaining a high standard of precision and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Own all aspects of golf club assembly and disassembly Review sales orders and build sheets for accuracy Verify correct components prior to assembly Perform shaft tip trimming to specification Install club heads aligned with PURE line Attach and align grips properly Adjust swing weight to required specs Bend clubs to adjust loft and lie angles Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet production and quality KPIs after ramp-up period Tools & Equipment Used Vice and clamps Knife and cutting tools Butane torch / heat gun Impact/drill driver Miter saw Belt sander Epoxy and standard hand tools Qualifications Hands-on experience in golf club building and assembly required Strong knowledge of golf club components, brands, and specifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Takes pride in craftsmanship and finished product Reliable, punctual, and flexible Work Environment & Physical Requirements Climate-controlled warehouse setting Fast-paced, production-driven environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, bending, and stretching required Schedule & Expectations Full-time role Overtime required during peak periods Occasional Saturday work as needed Why Join Club Champion? This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
