Coatings Technician Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Coatings Technician to operate coating and paint equipment in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate vacuum coating machines and spray lines Clean, adjust, and perform minor repairs on spray equipment Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Follow work instructions, processes, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist in other departments as needed Qualifications Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to identify issues and suggest improvements Team-oriented with good communication skills Experience with
