Fall Helpers / Seasonal Team Member

Position Overview Easton Select Group is looking for dependable and hardworking Seasonal Fall Helpers to assist our pool service teams during the busy pool closing season. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for seasonal work, outdoor work, or hands-on experience in the pool and construction industry. No pool experience is required. We will train the right candidates. What You'll Do Assist pool technicians with swimming pool closings Help remove and install winter pool covers Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials Assist with draining and winterizing pool equipment Load and unload service vehicles Clean and maintain work areas and customer properties Support warehouse and yard operations when needed Follow safety procedures and company standards Perform other duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work on your feet throughout the day Team-oriented and customer-focused Valid driver's license preferred, but not required Why Join Us?
