Job Description

Overview:
NoLimit Sports is a premier indoor sports training facility serving baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, and strength & conditioning athletes of all ages. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and proactive Facility Attendant to help ensure our facility operates smoothly while providing an outstanding experience for our customers. The Sports Facility Attendant plays a critical role in ensuring NoLimit Sports delivers a clean, organized, and professional experience for all teams, instructors, rentals, and individual lessons. This position is responsible for preparing training spaces prior to each rental or session and resetting or cleaning the area after use. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs. Schedule
  • 20-30 hours per week
  • Typical shifts are 4-6 hours in length
  • Facility hours vary: o
Weekdays:
Open at 12:00 PM during the school year o Summer weekdays: Open at 9:00 AM o
Weekends:
Open at 9:00 AM o Closing times vary between 9:00 PM and 11:30 PM depending on rentals and events
  • Opening staff must arrive 30 minutes before scheduled opening time to prepare the facility
  • Closing staff are responsible for completing all end-of-day duties before leaving Key Responsibilities during
Shifts:
  • Set up training spaces based on rental requirements, including equipment placement, field/cage configurations.
  • Reset and clean spaces after rentals or lessons, ensuring areas are ready for the next group.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness throughout the shift, including sweeping, trash removal, and organizing equipment.
  • Monitor equipment for wear or damage and report issues to the Facility Manager.
  • Ensure that all rental groups have what they need upon arrival and provide friendly, basic customer support.
  • Answer phones and assist customers with questions
  • Greet customers and help ensure a positive experience
  • Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and online
  • Learn and utilize the facility's scheduling and registration software
  • Process customer payments
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain accountability for funds
Qualifications:
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured checklists.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help facility users.
  • Experience in a sports or recreation environment is a plus but not required.
Work Environment:
The role will require consistent movement, bending, lifting, and stepping between cages, turf areas, and equipment storage. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and peak rental times.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
