• The Gig Are you a natural-born organizer with a heart of gold? At Seniors Moving Smarter (SMS), we do much more than just pack boxes—we guide seniors and their families through the emotional and physical journey of downsizing, relocating, or aging in place.
• As a Team Lead, you'll be the director, the calming presence, and the driving force on the ground. You will manage logistics, supervise a fantastic crew, and hand-deliver peace of mind to families during a major life transition.
• What You'll Be Doing Be the

Anchor:

Guide and support sweet clients and their families through the downsizing and moving process.

• Lead the

Crew:

Supervise, motivate, and cheer on your team members during packing, unpacking, and complete home setup.

• Curate the

Space:

Measure for furniture, draft floor plans, hang pictures, and add those final, heartwarming touches so their new house feels like home instantly.

• Call the

Shots:

Manage external movers to ensure quality, efficiency, and absolute professionalism.

• Keep it

Smooth:

Handle basic digital tasks (Microsoft 365, Google Docs, SMS databases) and spot new business opportunities along the way.

  You establish rapport instantly, exude empathy, and genuinely love working with seniors.

• A Grounded Professional:

  You can pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and take the responsibility of your role seriously.

• An Excellent Communicator:

  You listen well and communicate with clarity and kindness. (Knowledge of dementia or compromising health issues is a big plus, but not required!)

• Flexible:

  You are available to work most weekdays, but you don't require a guaranteed minimum number of hours.
