Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is looking for Cannabis Associates to help out various departments throughout the Cannabis Facility. You'll be involved in various tasks like trimming, moving plants around, cleaning spaces, watering and packaging.
Schedule and Pay:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Hourly wage: $16.00 •This position is in Lansing, MI•
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the harvesting of indoor cannabis plants, including cutting, carrying, and transporting plants to processing areas Perform defoliation and removal of fan leaves as directed. Operate trimming equipment and/or conduct hand-trimming of flower to quality standards. Weigh, track, and record harvested material in compliance with state regulations and company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized harvest area, ensuring tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Package and label biomass or flower according to company protocols. Collaborate with harvest team members to meet daily and weekly production goals. Support post-harvest activities as needed (buck-down, curing, trimming, sorting, waste disposal).
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check 21 years or older Love for cannabis and the industry Stand, bend, lift over 30 lbs, and handle heat Team player and able to work alone Follow instructions well Take feedback from managers for quality and goals Always show up on time with high energy The United Green is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
