Job Description

This full time position will be responsible for managing the drop-in community center Monday through Fridays from 7:30am-4:30pm and covering on weekends periodically. The Drop-in director is in charge of other drop-in center employees and their schedules and reports to the Executive Director. The director is also expected to participate in meetings with other agencies in the community and spend time on the floor with members of the organization. The director must be versatile, easy to get along with, dependable, and have a full understanding of what peer-support means.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 Make sure the center is open every day on time and provide a welcoming environment  Keeping track of employee schedules  Oversight of various activities and groups at the drop-in center  Advocating with and for individuals served at JIMHO  Keeping your workspace clean and accessible  Maintaining inventory and shopping for supplies when needed  Written reports/documentation monthly and quarterly  Spending time on the floor with members of the organization, providing peer-support and taking members on outings in the community and around the state  Networking with other agencies within the community  Attend periodic trainings as assigned by the
Executive Director Pay:
$18.00 per hour
