Requirements:

Experience with brick and hardscape installation. Experience in landscape construction & installation. Knowledge of plant materials. Maintain a clean job site, orderly and stocked tool trailer. Lead and instruct the team to produce an excellent and profitable product. Teach and train team members to ensure proper procedures, processes, and quality of work are followed and achieved. Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles. Forecast equipment, labor, and material needs to ensure efficient production. Present the company's best interest, and maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities and without supervision. Direct, oversee and participate in work performed by your team. This is a very hands-on position and requires this person to perform any task they would ask their team to do. You will be expected to work alongside them. Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality. Complying with company safety policy at all times.

Qualifications:

Must be self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills. Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record. Chauffeur's license or ability to obtain one. At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Must be professional in appearance and actions. 1-3 years of landscape/hardscape installation experience preferred. Experience with mini excavators, small loaders, and skid steer.
