In addition, SHM offers eligible employees benefits such as: Full Benefits Package Including 401(k) Plan Orthodontic Coverage Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave Fertility Assistance Relocation Opportunities Paid Uniforms Boating Discounts The Seasonal Dry Storage Spotter is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involving, but not limited to, assisting lift drivers by spotting to make sure boats clear storage space, removing boat covers, driving boats, and washing boat bottoms. This role is responsible for performing aspects of facilities cleaning, emptying trash, and all other assigned duties. This position may be referred to as a Facilities Assistant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform spotting for dry storage, washing boat bottoms, driving boats, and boat cover removal. (Cover to be put back on boat when it returns)Assists maintenance department as assignedClean docks as neededDeveloping and maintaining effective, friendly, professional working relationships with staff, members, guests and vendorsCarry out duties and responsibilities assigned by the Maintenance DepartmentAvailability to work all summer Holidays(including Labor Day) and overtime when requiredOther duties as assigned by Manager Safety and Environmental Responsibilities Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training.

Wear proper personal protective equipment (may include safety glasses, gloves, life jackets and/or hard hats) as required for the task or work area. Report all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately.
