Seam Sealer (1st Shift) Job Summary Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and innovative team? We are looking for a detail-oriented Seam Sealer to join our growing company! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills while enjoying a consistent work schedule and competitive pay. As a Seam Sealer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and durability of our products. Join us on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday) and enjoy a three-day weekend every week! Starting pay is $15.50/hour . Responsibilities Accurately apply sealants to seams, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to production standards. Inspect materials and finished products for defects, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed. Operate and maintain sealing equipment in accordance with safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate! Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills. Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
