Texturing Process Manager/Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Texturing Process Manager/Technician. The Ideal candidate will responsible for texturing yarn quality with direction from the Plant Manager to include but not limited to the following daily checks for each machine: Thread Line Path Heater Temperatures Online monitoring including diagnostics for suspect ends, air jets, guides, push rods, etc. Checking air pressures, regulators, P2, P3, P4 setpoints Checking oil levels, oil rollers, addressing roller wrap ups Monitoring package build, size, weights, and densities Enforce quality standards adhering to customer expectations Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. The ability to manage a team Qualifications Ability to Manage a team Quality experience Root cause analysis Performance oriented Organization Fostering teamwork Self-development Providing feedback Computer experience Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Pay will be based upon experience
