Cleaning Inspector

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cleaning Inspector to take care of multiple vacation rental properties in Topsail Beach and carry out cleaning inspection duties after cleaning turnovers. The goal is to make our properties ready for new guests following check out. This is a part time position.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Inspect the cleaning and servicing of rental properties, report any needed repairs or discrepancies of properties. Clean and service properties as necessary to ensure that the properties are available for the guest to use. Ensure that all properties are maintained and kept readily available for guests at all times. Carrying out final inspections. Writing up evaluations and assessments. Drop off supplies at properties provided by the company. Inspect properties based on the Sea Scape Standard Property Appearance guidelines provided. Performs any other duties requested by the supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to work weekends. Previous experience as a cleaner preferred but not required. Ability to transport cleaning supplies and linen bags to job sites. Dependable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to follow a detailed checklist. Able to work in a timely and efficient manner. Integrity. Must be able to use your own phone/tablet to clock in/out. Must be able to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle check.

Education and Experience:

Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation is required.
