Pallet Nailer

Job Description A fast growing pallet and logistics company is seeking to hire candidates to fill a Pallet Nailer position in Milton. PA. This is a full time position and the selected candidates will be working in a fast-paced environment. Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established, company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures. Repair and inspect pallets in a timely, productive manner and determine the level of repair pallet needs following established repair criteria. Repair pallet using provided tools, wood components, and proper process and procedures. Sort pallets accurately, based on appropriate quality and grade, as determined through inspection and repair process. Perform sanitation, "Clean as You Go," and good housekeeping practices. Build pallet whole as required by specifications. May be required to operate a Forklift in a safe and efficient manner (training and certification to be provided).

Job Requirements:

Ability to effectively perform a job requiring consistent, repetitive motion, bending, twisting, reaching and lifting. Production-based position; must be able to effectively meet minimum production and quality requirements. Any other duties as assigned by site leadership. Able to effectively work within a diverse team environment. Familiarity with pallet repair tools; nail gun, hammer, pry bar, grinding wheel, sawzall. Great attendance is a MUST!
