Property Care Field Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Property Care Field Assistant to support our vacation rental homes in Sisters, Oregon. This is a part-time role with the opportunity for full-time hours during peak seasons . This position is a hybrid role that includes housekeeping, property inspections, and basic property care tasks to ensure homes are clean, stocked, and guest-ready. You will primarily perform piece-rate housekeeping cleans and also provide inspection support when demand is high or additional coverage is needed.

Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare vacation rental homes for guest arrivals Perform property inspections before and after stays Restock supplies and ensure homes are properly staged Report maintenance issues and assist with minor property care tasks Step in to assist with inspections during busy periods

Pay Structure:

Piece-rate pay per clean Hourly pay for inspections and property support tasks More hours available during peak seasons

Schedule:

Part-time with flexible scheduling Weekend and holiday availability required Increased hours during summer and holiday seasons

Requirements:

Must live in or near Sisters, OR Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to perform physical work (cleaning, lifting, etc.) Prior housekeeping or similar experience preferred
