1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient post-acute care setting in South Carolina, with home health experience preferred and a valid SC PTA license required prior to start. Details Outpatient post-acute care setting Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) Epic EMR experience preferred but not required Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible Requirements Current SC PTA license required prior to start; pending license may be accepted for consideration Current BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of PTA experience required; 2 years preferred Home health experience preferred; all PTA experience will be considered 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration Additional Information All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration; RTO requests made after submission will not be honored Attendance policy is in effect for the duration of the contract — missing more than two shifts within a 13-week period without reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation A pass/fail Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test is administered on the first day of orientation; candidates have one opportunity to pass
