Clubhouse Staff

Hiawatha Golf Club is hiring for the position of Clubhouse Staff. Responsibilities include ensuring the day-to-day activities of the Clubhouse are carried out in a professional and friendly manner while maintaining the highest levels of customer service to the golf course patrons. This position reports directly to the Clubhouse Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Collects golf fees and other payments made to the Clubhouse using the POS system 2. Ensure the Clubhouse premises and surrounds are cleaned and kept in a clean and sanitary condition 3. Bartending and cooking for patrons 4. Prepare, maintain and serve various food and beverage items in accordance with state and federal regulations 5. Performs related duties as required 6. Performs routine cleaning of Clubhouse including dusting, vacuuming and wiping surfaces

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1.

Must be 21 years of age or older 2. High school diploma or equivalent 3. Valid driver's license 4. Self-motivated and ability to perform well with minimal supervision

OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION 1.

Strong communication skills, ability to interact well with the public 2. Knowledge of the game of golf is beneficial but not necessary 3. Cooking and bartending experience a plus 4.
